STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Render a video with Kdenlive with the default name.
2. Delete that video.
3. Render a video with Kdenlive with the default name.

OBSERVED RESULT
/home shows the Videos folder with the thumbnail of the previous file.

EXPECTED RESULT
Delete the thumbnail the moment the file is deleted.
