STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Drag an item from the Trash into Dolphin another tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
It says that the item doesn't exist.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should restore the item into that location.

This doesn't reproduce on my Fedora, with KDE plasma 6.5.1
