SUMMARY
Deleted messages are shown when they shouldn't.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to settings and make sure 'Show deleted messages` is unticked
2. Delete a message from someone

OBSERVED RESULT
The message is deleted but then shows the text '[This message was deleted]'

EXPECTED RESULT
The message is not shown.
