Description madness742 2025-10-26 16:29:45 UTC
SUMMARY
When Adaptive Sync is set to Automatic, the refresh rate of the monitor will switch between 48 and 144 Hz when Application Dashboard is open.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Dashboard
2. Move the cursor around in a predictable way over application icons, or open Monitor OSD.

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor feels a little laggy/jumpy, and the refresh rate is at 48 Hz when the cursor doesn't move.

EXPECTED RESULT
Refresh rate should not be constantly changed, like on Application Launcher and Menu.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2
