SUMMARY

I was running Plasma 6.4.5 up until this morning, and everything was working fine. This bug manifested after upgrading to 6.5.0.

I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 midtower with an i7-3770s, an Intel Arc A380, and a Radeon R7 240. I have my primary monitor connected to the A380 via HDMI. I have two older monitors connected to the R7 240 -- one via DVI-D cable and the other via a DVI-D to HDMI cable. The integrated graphics are disabled with nothing connected to the onboard Displayport ports. I'm using the i915 and amdgpu drivers for the cards, and I'm running Wayland. The mouse cursor displays correctly when on the primary monitor but becomes garbled into two longer horizontal lines in the middle and two shorter horizontal lines on the top and bottom of a small squarish region. Otherwise everything behaves normally.

I tried setting KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=1 in my environment and logging out/in, but that had no effect. I also tried changing cursor themes, but that also had no effect.
