SUMMARY
After rebooting after Plasma 6.5 upgrade all of my blur effects on the desktop had their contrast settings changed, with no apparent way of reverting said changes in the system config.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure custom blur parameters in plasma 6.4x
2. Upgrade to plasma 6.5

OBSERVED RESULT
Change in the way blur is displayed

EXPECTED RESULT
Same behavior as pre-upgrade/config to revert the change

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.17.4-arch2-1 (64-bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
Qt Version: 6.10.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Issue experienced on Wayland. Attached screenshots from before and after update. No changes in blur config were made.
