SUMMARY
Blank screen if screenlock activated while fullscreen video is paused from browser

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any video in browser toggle fullscreen
2. wait screenlocker
3. unlock screen
4. see a desktop wallpaper and panel but control still belongs to a fullscreen video

5. If esc pressed, you can control taskbar and switch to another workspace
6. if you select another window (not browser) and browser window again, the problem disappears until you repeat srom step 1

Does the issue reproduce for you in a new clean user account on the same computer?

Also could not reproduce in a new account but still remains in old

May be I need delete any cache directory/file or config to fix that? (Plz write if anyone knows, idk how to fix(( )

Found out that issue may be reproduced if "sliding windows" effect is active

In English, is it called "Slide back? you can see with `LANGUAGE=C systemsettings kcm_kwin_effects` in a terminal window.

Yes, the "slide back" effect causes the problem

No more problem in KDE 6.5.3, KF 6.20.0, QT 6.10.0, KDE Neon
