SUMMARY
The start menu search results do not "make up their mind" after the user stops typing. This leads to the user unintentionally launching the wrong app.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hit the windows key and type "about".
2. "About this system" comes up as the first result, as expected.
3. Hit enter to launch it.
4. In the time it takes you to press enter, a different app (Welcome Center) suddenly steals the top spot and you accidentally launch it instead.

OBSERVED RESULT
The search results keep changing after the user stops typing, sometimes egregiously up to multiple seconds after.

EXPECTED RESULT
The search results make up their mind and do not change after the user stops typing.

As an illustration, this behavior resembles the common meme about UI elements changing position in frustrating ways

This should be fixed in Plasma 6.5.
