The default pointer in the Breeze Light theme on a dark background, as observed on the output under the effect of this bug.

SUMMARY
The mouse cursor, no matter the applied cursor theme or cursor state, always appears as a jumbled mess of pixels, at least on my hardware. And this phenomenon is not apparent in screenshots or recordings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
N/A

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor texture appears all jumbled up and wrong, almost unusable.

EXPECTED RESULT
Previous behavior of not being all spread apart and illegible.
