SUMMARY
In the Timeline view, in the horizontal scroll bar, the left arrow seems to move the timeline by 3 years before, and the right arrow seems to move the timeline by 1 year before. 

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect both arrows to move by the same increment, but in different directions.
