i was setting up speech to text with vosk, i had some issues with some dependencies and was able to install those dependencies. once vosk was correctly configured i tried installing a language model in a custom folder. the model imported fine but i noticed that the custom folder didnt work it installed in the default location in the appdata folder. i tried deleting both the folders in local and roaming for kdenlive and re installing it, again vosk was configured correctly but i could not select the custom folder, it instead was looking for a file when i clicked on the browse option for a custom folder. i tried typing in the directory and clicking apply and resetting kdenlive but the folder still showed the default location. i tried making a generic file with the name of the directory i wanted to set as the custom folder and then was able to select the file as a directory, once kdenlive recognized it as a valid file it then retained the change and shoed the directory that i was using. i had to rename the directory before i could rename the file to the name i wanted, then after kdenlive recognized it i deleted the file and renamed the folder back to what kdenlive expected
