STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable non-integer scaling mode in the window setting
2. When you hover the brush over the edges of the right panels, bright pixels of the brush color remain (green by default). Also, if reference images are present, artifacts also appear on the edges of the panels and the upper part of the window.
PS:If you change the position of the panel, this effect may become invisible, but it is not completely solved.
