SUMMARY
KRDC won't launch after the Plasma 6.5 update

1. Launch KRDC

OBSERVED RESULT
When launched from the app launcher, no errors or anything like that.  Nothing happens at all

EXPECTED RESULT
App launches, or some window that'll explain why it didn't launch
