SUMMARY
Welcome Center produces strange mouse over text on the Keyboard Shortcuts page
"I never meta key I didn't like".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open up welcome center
2. Click the "Next" button until you are on the Keyboard Shortcuts page
3. Mouse over the animated Meta key example/

OBSERVED RESULT
The mouse over pop-up text reads: "I never meta key I didn't like".

EXPECTED RESULT
No text, or "Meta Key examples"

While it did make me chuckle, I certainly didn't expect that it was intentionally left in :)
