Settings in russian language that extend beyond the window width

SUMMARY
When I open the settings window in Russian language, I see settings that extend beyond the width of the window, and in order to see them, I have to stretch the window width (horizontal scrolling is not available).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Haruna in Russian language (LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 haruna)
2. Open the settings section
3. See settings outside the window (see attached screenshot)

OBSERVED RESULT
When opening the settings window, there are elements that extend beyond the width of the window.

EXPECTED RESULT
When you open the settings window, all settings are in the window without going beyond the width.
