Settings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Window Management
Custom shortcuts for "Switch One Disktop {UP|DOWN|to Left|to Right}" does not work on X11, but does work on Wayland.
Default shortcuts Meta + Ctrl + {Up|Down|Left|Right} does work.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I setup next shortcuts:
Meta + Ctrl + {I|K|J|L} for mentioned actions
2. Apply
3. They does not work on X11.

KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
Qt Version: 6.10.0
Kernel Version: 6.17.2-1-default (64-bit)

Cannot reproduce on master. 

- Set the shortcuts in wayland session
- tried them on x11

I figured out. I had 2 Keyboard layouts - the first was Russian. If I delete it or make it be second - shortcuts start working.
