Issue on Plasma 6.4.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Try to start a rubberband selection from the corner in order to catch items located there.

OBSERVED RESULT
You will start dragging one of the items.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a 1x1 pixel reduction of the items' hitbox and highlight effect, to have space for the creation of a rubberband selection.
One pixel is all that it's needed because the pointer will be against a corner.

If we did that, then you couldn't launch or drag the items from that critical line of pixels, which are special "Fitts Law" pixels. Basically we have to decide what's more important: launching or dragging individual items, or dragging a box-selection. I don't think we can conclusively say the latter is more important. So no can do, sorry.
