no GTK app buttons video

I use breeze, after recent update to plasma 6.4.5 i noticed GTK apps have no buttons
see attached screencast with firefox and kde app side by side

i think the issue was related with opensuse slowroll missing libglycin-gtk4-2-0 or glycin-loaders 
when launching Remmina i got the error message that those might be missing, I installed it and then the buttons reappeared for Firefox
