I have no idea if this is an issue with Opera or KDE or maybe a very strange interaction from both. As this bug does not appear under Windows and not with any other software, my guess is that it's a very strange interaction of Opera and KDE. I also reported this problem to Opera, but can not provide any link as they seem to not have a public bugtracker. Can't repro on fedora, but I was using opera flatpak. I feel like this is a bug in opera though.
