SUMMARY
The context menu (right click menu) on the Application Dashboard doesn't pop up where the mouse is or where the application square is but in a constant static location.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application dashboard widget
2. Right click any application
3. The context menu opens on the left hand side of the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
the menu spawns at the same location on the left side

EXPECTED RESULT
the menu should spawn near the application square or under the mouse cursor

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.17.1 (64 bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.18.0

I can't reproduce this on Plasma built from git-master
I'm also not able to reproduce this with Frameworks 6.19.0 on Plasma 6.4.5

Operating System: Solus 4.7
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
Qt Version: 6.9.3
Kernel Version: 6.16.12-323.current (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

Can you try updating KDE Frameworks and seeing if it still happens?

Hi Tracey,

I updated to KDE Frameworks 6.19 and you're right it no longer is an issue. Apologies I should've updated and then filed the bug. I will change the status to Resolved and Fixed. Thanks!
