SUMMARY

Not sure if this is a downstream issue. I got a pptx presention and when I click on the an animation and play i t, the animation appears halfway off-screen. At the center of the presentation and at the location of the original position of the animation in the presentation appear two black rectangles.

Please see the screenshot. I cannot share the original file unfortunately, but if I manage to create a test file, which I can share, I will do that later if needed.

The issue appears also just in case of a single screen.
Comment 2 postix 2025-10-15 16:17:47 UTC
It looks like it has something to do with the scaling of 175%. With 100% it works (except that the 2nd animation on the same sheet plays in the center).

Please report to libreoffice.
If they do blame upstream (us), reopen this and link the relevant ticket and I'll talk with them directly.
