This report > is the second time this occurred to me In retrospect, this could have been caused by https://github.com/rpmfusion-infra/fedy/issues/154#issuecomment-3405831520:~:text=the%20fedora%20package%20is%20missing%20h264/h265%20codecs%20and%20better%20acceleration%20kernels%20for%20vp9/av1, which I installed a few minutes before recording that video.
