SUMMARY
On opening the app, the episodes tab is selected, but the list shows 'No episodes available'.  Switching tab, and then back to Episodes shows the list correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open app, issue is shown
2. Switch to Subscriptions
3. Switch to Episodes

OBSERVED RESULT
On opening, no episodes listed

EXPECTED RESULT
Episodes are listed

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: SailfishOS 5.0
KDE Plasma Version: N/A
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.18
Qt Version: 6.8.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using app on SailfishOS.  Seems to be a regression since 24.08.2 which didnt display this behaviour.

Also, switching tabs seems more sluggish than on 24.08.2
