Kate 25.08.2 Fedora 42 Gnome Desktop SUMMARY Kate comes up fine in Dark Mode, but file open/save dialog boxes come up bright white. Kate is correctly in Dark Mode. Other applications on the system seem fine, their open/save boxes come up in Dark Mode. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Kate 2. Click "Open" or "Save" 3. OBSERVED RESULT File dialog boxes are bright white. EXPECTED RESULT File dialog boxes should be in Dark Mode to match the Kate Application and system settings. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 42 desktop in Gnome KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Sorry, I got rid of that dumpster fire Fedora. Now using PopOS. Wayland was horrible, so many things are completely broken, VNC, and even their own built-in Remote desktop. It couldn't even remote control another Fedora computer. Fedora to Fedora is completely broken. And no, X11 emulation didn't work. Nothing can get remote control to work. Anyway, back on popOS (X11). I may have installed it from dnf, or from installing KDE, but it was not a flat or snap.
