SUMMARY I know the program is plasma-welcome. If I enter "plasma welcome in the launcher or KRunner, the results don't include "Welcome Center - Learn more about KDE Plasma". Likewise if I enter "kwallet password" or "settings configuration", I don't find KwalletManager or System Settings. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Click the Application Launcher, press the Meta/Windows key, or press Alt-Space to bring up KRunner. 2. Enter "plasma", then continue with " welcome" OBSERVED RESULT You initially see Welcome Center Learn more about KDE Plasma in the list of results in the Application Launcher and KRunner, but then when you append "welcome" it disappears. EXPECTED RESULT Match words from both name and comment at the same time. I think the words come from .desktop files in /usr/share/applications SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Why type so much, though? In most cases, you can find what you're looking for by only typing e.g. "kwallet", and "settings", the case of being unable to find Welcome Center by searching for "plasma welcome" seems real though.
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #2) > Why type so much, though? I'm already typing the second term as I wonder why the app that flashed in search results went away. Narrower searches like "system config", "wallet password", etc. should work since the terms were right there on-screen, so at first I wonder if I mistyped something.
