SUMMARY
On the map, the country North Macedonia is displayed wrongly as Macedonia, it should be displayed as North Macedonia.   

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.   Click on Map
2.   Zoom to Europe and find the country above Greece and east of Albania, it is named Macedonia on the map.
3.   

OBSERVED RESULT
Macedonia

EXPECTED RESULT
North Macedonia

The map is from OpenStreetMap. Corrections can only be made via the OpenStreetMap community.
The name was corrected to "North Macedonia" on OpenStreetMap about three months ago. It's displayed as "Северна Македонија" in the local language, so I think that should be fine.

Your downloaded map caches may be out of date. Try deleting the following folder:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\digikam\marble_data\
