movin the text cursor around

SUMMARY
When renaming a folder or a file, and going to the end of the file name, the text cursor may disappear. For some files it works normally but some file name lengths 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select an file
2. rename it
3. move cursor past the end of the file name

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor disappears for some file name lengths

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor is always visible
