Created attachment 185752 [details] The menu that should have appeared for layer selection SUMMARY The pop-up menu of the |select from menu| option in |Canvas input settings - Select Layer - Action| doesn't appear when you use a stylus as the left click, but does work when left clicking with your mouse. This issue occurs in both Windows and Linux, but not in MacOS. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a Mouse Button shortcut with your preferred modifier key and a left click in Canvas Input Settings - Select Layers - Select from Menu. 2. Use a stylus, either on a drawing pad, or a display tablet. 3. Tap on the canvas with the stylus where there is multiple layers while holding the modifier key you've set. OBSERVED RESULT The menu to select the layers where you tapped doesn't appear. EXPECTED RESULT The menu appears when you left click with your mouse while holding the modifier key, so that should have appeared when you do a stylus tap, which is registered as a left click. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 11 24H2 MacOS: 26 Tahoe (no issue on Mac) Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 42 KDE Plasma edition KDE Plasma Version: 6 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The menu sometimes briefly appears for a few milliseconds and immediately disappears. It looks to me like there is something that caused it to dismiss the menu immediately after you tried to summon the menu with a stylus tap.
