SUMMARY
got a error when playing some of hdr video with mpv dmabuf-wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download http://sylvan.apple.com/Aerials/2x/Videos/comp_GMT110_112NC_364D_1054_AURORA_ANTARTICA__COMP_FINAL_v34_PS_HDR_20181107_HDR_4K_HEVC.mov
2. play with `mpv comp_GMT110_112NC_364D_1054_AURORA_ANTARTICA__COMP_FINAL_v34_PS_HDR_20181107_HDR_4K_HEVC.mov --vo=dmabuf-wayland --no-config`

OBSERVED RESULT
error with "The buffer has a YCbCr format, but color representation is identity!"

EXPECTED RESULT
able to play

also observed on https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503080#c9 . there is a patch for mpv avaliable. but have conflict with mpv master

This is a bug in mpv. The protocol error is there to catch such bugs in applications.

i tried to applied your patch. but it wont able to apply anymore. can you upstream the patch to mpv?
