systemd-coredump journal entries to relevant user for potential DrKonqi handling

SUMMARY
Somehow, when I tried to log in with my username and password, SSDM crashed while loading the environment and ended up logging me out. But when I deleted the `.config` folder from my home directory, I was able to log in normally.
