STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new user account.
2. Enter that user account.
3. Look for Konsole on the Panel or Application Menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
It's not there, you'll have to search it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Since it's Arch Linux, the Konsole should appear bookmarked to the Application Menu of the fresh account, since it's expected that Arch users will update and install apps through there.
