Tooltip

SUMMARY
While mapping tablet to a portion of the screen, hovering over the resizer (see pic) brings up a tooltip, that doesn't disappear even while dragging the handle around. This obstructs the view of the values you're setting.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Setting's Tablet Module
2. Change the tablet's mapped area to "Map to Portion"
3. Try to resize the mapped portion

OBSERVED RESULT
The "Resize screen area" tooltip always covers up the mapped width and height.

EXPECTED RESULT
Hide the tooltip while dragging around.

This is fixed in 6.5, it was supposed to be cherry-picked to 6.4 but that never happened. Sorry!
