STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create/change things of a second account.
2. Apply the changes.

OBSERVED RESULT
Your profile is highlighted, but the contents are of the other account.

EXPECTED RESULT
Either don't change the account being highlighted, or change the contents to the highlighted account.

I can't reproduce this issue with current git master. Can you attach a screen recording showing the problem?

Aha, it only happens if you change the username.
