Issue on Plasma 6.4.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run an HDR video.
2. Change between two scenes frame-by-frame.

OBSERVED RESULT
The HDR brightness doesn't change for 1 frame.

EXPECTED RESULT
The HDR changing at the correct frame.
