SUMMARY
When using  SHIFT+CTRL+INSERT to enter a new transaction, the input box pops up with an empty DATE field and when you try to enter a date, the app crashes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.   Press SHIFT+CTRL+INSERT to enter a new transaction
2.   If the DATE field is blank, attempt to manually enter the date - KMyMoney crashes
3.   Restart the app.  repeat 1 and 2 above app. crashes again
4.   When restarted, if you ESCAPE when the DATE field is empty, and Press SHIFT+CTRL+INSERT again, the transaction box comes up with a date in the DATE Field and you can proceed as normal.
