SUMMARY
I use debian 13 btw. Using autostart in kde settings. Starting a bash instead that starts krfb after 1 second sleep works around this issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Using autostart in kde settings for krfb

OBSERVED RESULT
Stuck on black kde loading screen

EXPECTED RESULT
Works like x11vnc

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Debian 13 stable repo

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Might need more than 1s sleep on slow hdd idk
