SUMMARY
Icons in weather widget are borked


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click weather widget
2. Observe icons 

OBSERVED RESULT
Icon for storms/rain

EXPECTED RESULT
A sunny/ clear icon

Mine works fine. We'll need a screenshot that illustrates the problem (with the location blurred out for privacy, if you prefer; Spectacle lets you do this). What provider are you using? NOAA, BBC, EnvCan, DWD, etc.

Also please let us know what version of Plasma you're using.
