SUMMARY
When looking at the "updates" page, deselecting an element in the list makes the view jump back to top.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the "updates" page
2. Scroll down
3. Deselect a package

OBSERVED RESULT
The view jumps back to top.

EXPECTED RESULT
The view does not move.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon

I can reproduce this on git-master, the first time I deselect an item in the updates
If I scroll down again, and deselect something else, the list isn't scrolled back up
