Hi,

How to do it without an Arm computer running Windows ?

Currently we use a VirtualBox VM running on Intel Linux computer with a Windows 10 VM and VCPKG as package manager.

Can we cross compile Intel to Arm with VCPKG ? If not this require to buy an ARM computer with Windows, which is out of the plan (i refuse to buy a Windows computer at all).

Best regards

Alternatively, if Windows ARM can be installed in a VM, i can run it under my MacBook pro M1 and plan this kind of packaging, when time permit.

Best regards

The problem with WoA is currently QWebEngine. Starting with Qt-6.9, it's supposed to compile, but it apparently uses x64 emulation, which is said to be very slow.

What does it mean here about VCPKG arm64 support ?

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/vcpkg/concepts/supported-hosts

"Targeting x86-windows or arm-windows works just fine, but vcpkg itself expects to run AMD64 copies of support tooling like CMake."
