Dock behavior

SUMMARY
I am using KDE Plasma with the bottom panel set to content-fit. The panel works normally until I open and then close an application that is not pinned to the dock. After closing the application, the panel suddenly changes its size even though no new icons were added or removed. The panel only goes back to the correct size after I move the mouse cursor over it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a program that is not pinned to the dock.
2. Close the program.
3. The dock panel changes its size incorrectly.
4. Hovering the mouse over the panel restores it back to normal.

OBSERVED RESULT
When I close an application that is not pinned to the dock, the bottom panel (set to content-fit) incorrectly changes its size. The panel only returns to normal after hovering the mouse over it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Closing an application that is not pinned to the dock should not affect the panel size. The panel should remain unchanged.

I can't repro this, might already be fixed.

Can you share more information:
- Can you list all the widgets in the dock, including any spacers/margins/etc.
- Do you use third party plugins with it such as panel colorizer?
- What plasma style are you using? (And if it's a custom one, if you have link to download it, that would be helpful.)

Thanks!

Oh also, can you share the appearance and behavior settings of the "Icons-Only Task Manager?" You can add them as screenshots, just make sure it shows all the settings.

The only things I have in the dock are: Application Launcher, Icons-Only Task Manager, and one spacer.
I also tried removing the spacer but the issue still happens.
On my second screen I have the exact same setup, but with an added Digital Clock after the spacer.

- Do you use third party plugins with it such as panel colorizer?
I am using a global theme + Kvantum. I also tried disabling everything and going back to the original default settings, and rebooted afterwards, but the same behavior occurs.

Currently using Moe-Dark + Moe-Dark Kvantum. However I am quite sure this is not the issue, since the problem also happens with the original Breeze Dark without Kvantum.

I also tried setting the panel length to Custom instead of Content-Fit but the bug still happens.
This issue has been present for about a year. I have reinstalled EndeavourOS a couple of times during this period but the problem persists. It also happens on the dock panel on the second screen.

This looks like a graphical glitch, not a layout glitch. It's an NVIDIA issue; see Bug 507031.
