SUMMARY When volume change step is set to 1% audio cannot increase past 6% when using a keyboard volume knob. After increasing volume to at least 7% with the widget, volume can be controlled as normal until it is dropped to 6% or lower. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Change the volume change step to 1% in sound settings 2. Use a keyboard to change the volume. Mute and then attempt to increase to 100% 3. The volume will stay at 6% OBSERVED RESULT Volume stays at 6% both with output and on the on screen popup. EXPECTED RESULT Volume can be changed from 0-100% with a keyboard. How bizarre. Seems like maybe a rounding error somewhere internally. Needless to say, I can't reproduce this with the boring old volume up/down buttons on my keyboard.
