SUMMARY

When using Okular in RTL language (Arabic), the horizontal scroll bar moves in the opposite direction when you use the mouse to click and hold on the scroll bar and move it to right or left, it should inherit the same way it operates as in LTR (default). Btw, it has no effect on the document language you open, all documents are the same and the issue affects them equally.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open okular
2. set language to RTL (like arabic)
3. zoom in so that horizontal scroll bar appears
4. click and hold on the scroll bar using the mouse and move it to the right or left

OBSERVED RESULT

it moves in the opposite direction

EXPECTED RESULT

moves along the same direction as it would in LTR
