SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. uninstall kdeconnect app, remove all kdeconnect dirs in user/AppData/Local
2.  install kdeconnect app
3.  pair


OBSERVED RESULT
kdeconnectd.exe exit, and pair timeouts


EXPECTED RESULT
pair succeeds

Windows:  11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
kdeconnect window versions from 24.05 to 25.08 have this problem.
Other features include exploring device files cause kdeconnectd.exec exit too.
