Created attachment 185271 [details] Bug shown with the task manager SUMMARY When using a digital tablet, the hover state of popups (eg applications and icons) persists even when the tablet pen cursor is no longer interacting with the elements. These persist despite other actions, such as dragging, using other windows etc, meaning they can be accidentally triggered or cover up UI. The hover is only removed if the hover is directed to an empty part of the panel I have attached two videos - one showing the Task manager, and another showing the System tray At the end of both of these I demonstrate what happens when using a normal mouse - with it working as expected STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Using a tablet pen, hover over a program or icon (eg notifications) 2. Wait for the popup 3. Move the tablet cursor directly up over the hover and beyond OBSERVED RESULT The hover state stays EXPECTED RESULT The hover element correctly fades away, as if using a mouse.
