plasmashell drkonqi crash report

Plasmashell crash loop after an early September update

After a Plasma update somewhere in early September Plasmashell started to enter a crash loop right after system startup. Crash loop is sometimes shorter and sometimes much longer. It does occur with a ~70% chance. Usually after the crash drkonqi gives you an error about it failing to collect any data (in this case I do have a report from it). This issue was reported on the openSUSE forums by some users (https://forums.opensuse.org/t/kde-plasma-shell-crash-after-recent-updates/187932).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch system
2. Login
3. Get a crash loop with a ~70% chance
4. Usually get nothing from drkonqi
