Once I start dragging the bluetooth widget it becomes very slow even though I'm swiping across the entire screen

SUMMARY
A certain percentage of the times you try to drag a widget placed on the desktop, the widget will only move very slowly, a fraction of the speed of your finger, requiring big swipes to move the widget only slightly, to get the widget "Unstuck" dragging an unaffected widget will be necessary to make the original widget drag again as expected

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add one or more widgets to the desktop
2. Enter edit mode by touching and holding onto the desktop
3. Swipe on the widgets with touch input to drag and move them
4. Try with different widgets or the same one multiple times until it starts moving slowly

OBSERVED RESULT
The widget is very hard to drag

EXPECTED RESULT
The widget drags like normal
