STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Push Notifications KCM 
2. Click Test
3. Look into ~/.config

OBSERVED RESULT
A file with a name like kunifiedpush-:1.311 is there

EXPECTED RESULT
Testing the functionality doesn't create config files
