In SDDM and lock screen with Breeze theme, a white border is added around avatar image.

It does increase contrast against background, but with dark theme and dark avatar, it's quite annoying. I think it should be removed or optional, without having to modify QML.

At least attach a screenshot. Just because you dont like it, is not a bug report - as you noted it's there for a reason
