There is an extra bar at the bottom, that has moved behind the panel

Windows affected that i currently know of are:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maximise affected window
2. Switch away or minimise using the taskbar
3. Switch back

OBSERVED RESULT

Maximised window resizes downwards by 1px behind the panel each time it is switched away from

EXPECTED RESULT

It should not resize at all when switched away from.
