SUMMARY
When a frame is copied to the clipboard, pasting options under 'Edit' are not greyed out, but they don't work. On master there's also a SAFE_ASSERT violation message.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a frame.
2. In the Animation timeline docker, right click on the frame and choose "copy frame"
3. Do Edit->Paste (or any other pasting option under Edit)


OBSERVED RESULT
On 5.2.11 the frame isn't pasted.
Same on master (git 8dd1ad1) , and also the following error message appears:

SAFE ASSERT (krita): "!qimage.isNull()" in file C:/builds/graphics/krita/libs/ui/kis_clipboard.cc, line 476

Please report a bug to developers!

Either the option isn't available, or the frame is pasted
